Jan had been working in education for twenty five years as a teacher and administrator. We felt overworked and undervalued, stressed and financially strained.

We were uninspired and our goals were going unmet... life was moving in a direction we hadn’t intentionally chosen. We knew we needed to make a change and felt frustrated, anxious and unfulfilled, deep down we knew there had to be more.
